Weinmann's work on plants is one of the most stunning and complete Iconographias: eight volumes with over 1000 pages! He was one of the first , who printed his copper etchings in color. In his time it was impossible to do color printing as we are used to. So he had artists finish the etchings with very accurate and beautiful colors. Very good condition.
